I just found this site tonight. I'm new to the site, but not to weight loss. I can always use another support system!
I've lost 140 lbs following Weight watchers and working out. It was a slow process and took 5 years, but the end result is what was important and I knew I'd get here if I never gave up.
Keeping it off is no different than losing it and you have to keep doing the same things you did to lose it. That's what I finally figured out and why I know this time I will not gain it back.
I'm a WW member, too. There's a WW section under Diet Central. There's also a maintenance area for those aiming to maintain their fabulous weight loss for the rest of their lives!
