Hi. I am new. I have lost about 35 pounds over the last few years through a couple of attempts to lose weight. I decided that I needed to get serious. I don't have the money to pay for Weight Watchers or anything like that and somebody told me to try this site. I still have a lot to lose and want to learn a healthy way to do it. I am just starting on the site tonight so I don't know about all of the boards yet. I do have over 100 pounds to lose though so I thought this would be a good place to start.
