Hello Ladies I am starting Turbo fire again and why I say again is because I am having trouble getting through the workouts so I get frustrated and quit!!!! The issue is the moves for me I am not very coordinated I guess lol Just wondering if anyone else out there is starting or currently doing this workout!! And if it was tricky for you? and also if they were seeing big results thank you!!!
