Default Perfect Workout DVD for Me?

Hi, I just have a question.

I REALLY want to have the perfect workout DVD. I've been doing Leslie Sansone for so long that I'm a little bored with it. I do owe her because thanks to her, I'm a tiny bit active now. That's more than I can say before...

The only thing that's stopping me from purchasing another workout dvd is that I only do exercises in my room and my room is tiny. To give you an idea of how small it is, you can take two large steps sideways and that's it, and if you move away from the computer desk to the left, you can take at least 2.5 large step. That's why I've only done Leslie Sansone because her workout is mostly just standing in place, and moving side to side, etc. But I've become so bored with it that I lag during workouts.

Another problem is that I can only do workouts standing up because my computer is the only thing that can play dvds. If I sit down, I won't be able to see the screen!

Ugh, I know. If only I have a bigger room. Working out in the living room is not an option, btw. So do you guys have any suggestions at all?

My trainer suggested ChaLean Extreme (she knows I have a small space as well) I just did a google search with that and "space required" and it seems it might work for you.
My trainer has done it, so if you have any questions, I know she'd be more than happy to answer them.
Good luck!

Yeah Chalean extreme and when you get more confident in what you can do. Turbo Fire. Everything can be adjusted to a small spaced. You get a few extra calories from moving in the big stride dvds suggest, but thats not always an option

I just saw Turbo Fire and it looks perfect for me. There was even someone reviewing it on Amazon saying that it's great for small space! Thanks for the suggestion!

Excellent!!! Let me know how you like it!!! I'm training for a duathlon right now so I'm not going to start it until after the race in Sept. My trainer thinks Chalene is awesome. I'd love to hear what you think!! Also, there are ALOT of bogus Beachbody dvd's out there. When I was looking for reviews I came across a couple articles on watching out for "fakes" and the articles were from "non beachbody folks". Be careful hate to have you spend the $ and get garbage!
