Hello all :)
Just wanted to introduce myself~my name is Hannah & I'm beyond determined to get the extra pounds off. I recently had a baby...well 5 months ago. I've lost 29lbs since deliver but still have a whole lot of lbs to go! I've been eating fruits, vegetables & whole grains and have not have processed food, sugar (real or artificial) & caffeine in 1 week. I'm just now starting to get over the headaches & fatigues. Now if I can just get motivated to get off my booty & move! I can't wait to get to know all of you & be your encouragement. Lord knows I need all the encouragement I can get.
