
I'm doing Atkins currently, but I'm open to other things. I had a great deal of success on Atkins, and I take comfort in the familiar.
I'm also working out (go Zumba and TurboKick!) a couple of days a week -- sweating can be fun, but so can standing in the back of the class, laughing with your friends at what complete idiots you all resemble!
