Today for the first time since my journey began... the doctor checked my blood pressure and it was lower the first time and i didn't get yelled at by him! I'm not just in this for the skinny body, it's Definately for health reasons too... and to not follow down my parents road of health issues....


That's how I know I'm making progress!!! So Excited!!!!
