Today for the first time since my journey began... the doctor checked my blood pressure and it was lower the first time and i didn't get yelled at by him!:) I'm not just in this for the skinny body, it's Definately for health reasons too... and to not follow down my parents road of health issues....


That's how I know I'm making progress!!! :) So Excited!!!!
