Ugh i've came & gone so many times... i keep loosing, gaining, loosing, gaining. Finally I had gotten SO CLOSE to my mini goal of 189 that Ive been wanting to reach FOREVERR & what happened?? I don't know!
I have been on the depo for a few months and I should've taken peoples advice because I think that's a BIG reason i've gained as much as I did

I am back up to 210 pretty much where I started

I am so mad at myself.
But the good thing is i'm back! I am tired of feeling unhealthy, tired of worrying 'will I wake up in the morning'....So I am back and going to try my hardest!!! I work night shift and only get about 4-5hrs sleep a day so it's hard for me to get motivated but I need to do this!!!!
