Hi, I'm new!
Hi Everyone. I really need support. So grateful to find this site. I just joined today and started my blog (It's OKAY to feel). I've lost and gained as much as 90 pounds in my life (several times). I'm up 50 pounds (in 2 years) and can't stop binging. I'm ready to be accountable and open with my feelings and what's going on. Not sure what food plan to follow yet, if any. Would love any advice if you feel lead to share. In the meantime I'll be reading and following along with your posts and blogs. I look forward to getting to know all of you.
