New to 3FC
Hello everyone!
I am new here - have only posted a few times.
I only have about 10-15 pounds to lose, but that seems to be when it's the hardest. I am having a tough time staying motivated, so I was excited to find this site. I need some like-minded folks to help me stay on track.
I'm really good about exercising (kind of a fanatic about it), but my downfall is eating too much. We all know you can only exercise off a limited number of calories, but you eat 10 times as many in the same amount of time! So that's my problem. I eat when I'm bored, when I'm upset or angry, feeling down, etc. I'm trying to stop the pattern of turning to food to comfort me - or just give me something to do. LOL
