I'd love to join you and offer support and stuff. I'm not in the 150s yet, but I will be soon with any luck. And though my goal weight says 140, I bounce between wanting it to be 140 and 125, so we kinda have similar goals.
Knocking the soda out will definitely help. But get ready for some irritation and headaches. I've been off soda for about 3 years now, but sometimes if I feel a headache coming on and I know it's bad, I'll drink a little pop.
