I am new too (long time lurker)!!
Man, I hate it when those cravings kick in!! It's hard enough to control yourself all month anyway...haha....
Since I am new too, I don't really have advice for getting back on track. Maybe start to journal/write down thoughts or feelings, or keep track of what you're eating? I started doing that, and find it SO helpful to stay focused.
I notice that I feel better too when I exercise for a little bit. Even if it's just 10 mins of walking or using hand weights, or anything....
Also, visiting the GOAL sections and photo albums on this site REALLLLLY help me when I start to feel discouraged, or when I need a little encouragement. It's done wonders for me.
