Hi Everyone!
I started reviewing this site a few weeks prior to starting Ideal Protein Diet on April 9th. This site is a wealth of information so I thought it was time I joined. My first two weeks on IDP was great 13lbs weight loss and 15". However, my cycle was last week and I was craving EVERYTHING! I don't think I went on a serious binge but I at granola and almonds for 3 days and had a couple slices of bread. I put on 3lbs! So I did my best this week (4th) to stick to the plan and I lost only the 3lbs but nothing more. I would greatly appreciate any advice how to quickly get myself back on track?
I am so happy I found this site!
