Sounds like you are doing the right things and I wish I had a answer as to why the scale is not moving in the right direction.
How many calories are you eating a day, including the meal replacements?
I try to keep mine between 1300-1400 calories per day and I work out three times a week. Cardio and weight lifiting. My weight loss has been all over the place, some weeks 1lb down, or 1lb up or 2 down.
If you are keeping your calories in check and exercising, I might see your doctor just to see if there is something medically going on.
