You'll see that quite a bit around here. Right now I'm stuck at 189. My body
really loves the 191-188 range, and no matter how I seem to trick it, it'll pop down to 187 one day and then say 190 the next even though there's no conceivable reason for that to happen.
I got stuck at 205 for a while too -- not nearly as long as the month I've been at now, but I started C25K and my body was so shocked that it was forced to run, that I dropped 6 pounds in 2 weeks. I hadn't run anything more than a few steps in 8 years, so it worked for me. The general wisdom is that you have to shock your body, but if rearranging your diet isn't doing the trick, I would try an exercise that your body really is not used to.
