Default Cutting Calories

My best friend and I started cutting calories a few weeks ago. We went to that website that tells the recomended calorie amount to lose weight. We record what we eat and how many calories it is on our weight loss facebook group wall. She lost 4 lbs in the first week and I lost 3 I know it was probably water weight but I just wanted to say how happy we are with calorie counting it is great! Low carb diets you can only stay on for so long but this is something that I really think I could live with!

What website did you use to find the correct amount of calories to eat per day? i found one that gave me a good idea but i want to be sure. How much did u cut out per day?

This is the calculator I use. You need to adjust it when you lose weight.
