sooo last night my boys were begging for burgers. I also REALLY didn't feel like cooking 2 different meals. So I made burgers.

I took a pound of 99% lean ground turkey and a pound of 96% lean ground beef and threw it in my kitchenaid with the paddle attachment. Added some minced dehydrated onion some granulated (powdered) garlic and a healthy does of Montreal steak seasoning and mixed it up. Pan cooked it on the stove with a tiny bit of spray in a non stick skillet till done.
Each 4oz (raw weight) burger patty only has 135 calories.
I piled it on a sarah lee 80 calorie hamburger bun, put on a slice of fat free swiss cheese for 35, lettuce tomato mustard and mushrooms for another 15 and I had a 1/4 pound burger for 265 calories

It was very very yummy
