i have been doing weight watchers for 10 weeks now and lost 3.8 kgs im DYING to rev it up a bit as i have about 60 kgs to lose
I am also doing weight watchers and I love it! I've lost 3.2 kilos in 7 weeks.
I've found that exercise helps me lose weight faster. Eating smaller meals more often also helps as it boost your metabolism.
If you want to lose weight faster, exercise real hard and then don't use all of your exercise points for the week.
