Hello I just joined today I've been yoyo dieting and workng out for the past few months with little to no progress. Now I'm ready to get serious I've started WW and I'm going to learn to eat right and be active. I currently weigh 172 my goal is 130. And my first short term goal is 160. Any inspiration or advice is more than welcome. Thanks!

Yes definatly! I don't have many supportive friends. Right now I'm trying to get out of this depressing rut. I want to get back into a two piece this summer. I wanna feel confident again rather than disgusted with myself. I know we can all help each other out!!
