Default Walden Farms?

So I found a site that sounds way to good to be true. Has anyone heard of Walden Farms? I see a ton of interesting things on there and it claims no calories, fat, or carbs. Is it for real? I don't want to order all this stuff and then be wrong Let me know if anyone has used their stuff.

I have used two of their products. The pancake syrup which is great, and the peanut butter. DO NOT BUY THE PEANUT BUTTER unless you like your pb to look like jello lol. That was terrible it tasted like salty jello BLEH.

You can find some of their products in stores- I bought the stuff at Henry's Market.

That looks really interesting! I'd love to get the pancake syrup with no calories...I use a measly 1/8 cup of syrup on my french toast because even that is 50 calories. It would be nice to douse it with a little more syrup.

Heck yeah on the syrup and thanks for the info on the PB. I was considering it but not if its salty jello lol.
The salad dressings have a lot of my interest. I will post after I try them.

Personally didn't like the chocolate spread or jelly that much. Bought them and have still been using the real stuff.

Considering it all has like 0 calories...its all chemically engineered stuff. And in my opinion, tastes that way. I think its all yucky...I tried salald dressings, BBQ sauce, jelly...all icky and fake tasting and left me wanting the real thing anyway.

I hate the ranch dressing.. just too fake tasting, but I do like the bbq sauce. It is thin but it has a really nice kick to it. I dipped a grilled chicken breast in it last night and really liked it.

I also have 'alfredo' in my pantry that I haven't tried and don't know when I will since I really don't eat pasta.

Also, I bought the seafood sauce and not sure why I did because I can make the real thing with low sugar ketchup and horseradish for barely any calories.

Impulse buy I guess.

I noticed their stuff on Linda's when I was ordering yesterday and I too was intrigued but thought it was a too good to be true scenario. Based on this thread, I might give some of it a shot next time I order.

If you don't have the Walden Farms available or don't want to order, most sugar free syrup is 20 - 40 calories per 1/4 cup. I have used Mrs. Butterworth's in the past (the store I went to this morning to refill doesn't carry it ) and have Maple Grove Farms right now. While neither taste the same a even light syrup, the both still taste really good. Just another option for you!

Their salad dressings are sour but not too bad. The Thousand Island is closest to real but, like all of their dressings, has a funny undertaste of chalk. But, I use and enjoy pretty much all of them. I just tried their mayonaise in a tuna salad and it was great. THeir Blueberry and Strawberry syrups are excellent and do not take diet at all.

I just ordered about 10 products from their website and so far I really like the pancake syrup and the bacon ranch dressing. The caramel/chocolate syrups are good with other stuff (like in shakes or on top of a baked good). I hate the marshmallow dip.

I have a hard time believing they can make things for 0 calories. I have tried a few of the products and I had to trash them because that's exactly what I thought they tasted like. I was at food lion today and saw they sell quite a few of the products.

So I found some of the stuff at a nearby store. Heres my update

Honey Dijon Dressing- Totally gross.. no saving this one for me. Right into the trash!

Ranch Dressing- Its a little different but it was decent on my salad so that makes me happy.

Ketchup- YAY! We have a winner! Very good replacement for regular ketchup.

BBQ Sauce- Nice kick to it. Gives a new topping for all sorts of meals. Yum!

I was looking at the apple butter fruit dip but I got nervous so I put it down. A worker at the store recommended the ketchup and agreed (with you guys) that the peanut butter was awful.
I'll have to order if I want to try anything else as the display at the store had a small selection only.

I use the dips, but I find the consistency from jar to jar varies somewhat . Also use the chocolate syrup and the apple butter (it's probably more like a jelly) and strawberry jams. I do like their pancake syrup.
If you have something you don't like, it might help to mix it with something else - for some reason, that really brings out the best in some of their products! Overall, I'm glad to have them...
Oh, and I think anything with less than 5 calories per serving may be labeled as 0 calories in the US
