I just wanted to introduce myself. Im 23 yrs old 165.5 lbs. and 5'7" I have gained 25lbs in the last year. Im starting atkins today. I well post my weigh in weekly and measurements.
I've lost 3.5 pounds down to 162!!!! (Water weight) Feeling really weak today. I know its just detox. The numbers on the scale is what well get me thru feeling like ****. Anyone have any tips on getting thru detox?
