So while searching through internet for diet information, I stumbled upon this website. It's so great!
My name is Lori. I am 35 years old and a mother of 1 and step-mother of 1. My husband and I decided a few weeks ago that we wanted to lose weight. We ate dinner out and really stuffed ourselves. We came on and the next day got on the scale. Mine read 194.5 pounds (I am 5'4"). I would like to get down to pre-baby weight of 145. Keep in mind my "baby" is 8.
My main reason for this change is to feel better, get healthier so that I can be around for a long time with my baby.
My husband and I have cut back on our soda consumption. We have cut back to just 2 cans per day (me diet and him regular). We have also cut out the nightime munchies. And purchased an elliptical machine.
I need support in helping me attain my goal.
Just wanted to check in and say hello.
