Talking Best Breakfast Ever!

This morning I had a great breakfast that kept me full, with energy and only had 253 calories (according to My Net Diary)

Here is what I had:
Fruit salad with:
22 grams of bananas
46 grams of apples
156 grams of watermelon
80 grams of strawberries
24 grams of plum
16 grams blueberries
38 grams of manadarin

That made about 2 cups of fruit salad.

On top of that I had 45 calorie bread with a wedge of Laughing Cow Cheese and Coffee (black with splenda)

Everything together came to:
253 cal
4g of fat
54g of carbs
7g of protein
8g of fiber.

I think I will be eating this breakfast for more than once a week... just sharing!

i make oatmeal fruit yogurt salads for breakfast sometimes! its deelicious!!
i make the oatmeal at the bottom (around 1inch high), layer on the bananas, top with whatever fruit, a bit of yogurt just to cover and i eat "down" so i get all the layers and the mix of textures! If im feeling "adventurous" ill throw on some fiber 1 on the top to make it crunchy too!

drooling as i type!
