hi I'm new here and I have never used an online support group and dont type too well. But i'm excited to be here.
I just started the ideal protein program saturday
but, some people have told me it is a dangerous way to go
I'm only on day three it has been hard and i still don't feel too good and now i'm real nervous about continuing
is this a safe way to lose weight?

Hi Laura,
I just started IP today. I finally chose it as the way to lose weight because I have seen what it can do for you. My good friend has lost over 80 pounds and looks so healthy. Her skin just glows! I feel good about it in the fact that I will be consistently monitored by medical personnel. Sure, my main goal is to lose weight, but I want to also be healthy and learn more about the healthy way to eat. I've lost weight before on my own, but I felt like now I needed to be held accountable for my success. See? I'm trying to be positive...
