Wink stop.to.starT!:)

Hi everyone
Here's my story, within the past 3 months I've put on an extra 20+ pounds.

HOw is that even possible you may ask?! My mom is one of the best cooks EVER, she LOVES to bake and is going to paris for culinary school in a few months!

My weight gain has made me extremely self conscious, even my friends that see me are constantly hinting at my dramatic weight gain and tell me that i should do something about it before it's too late!

I can no longer fit into ANY of my jeans! Not even one single pair, some I cant even get past my thighs!!!

I turn to food way too often as a solution to my problems or boredom. My goal is to control my eating habits and incorporate some exercise in my life.

So here is my attempt to STOP to my emotional eating and a START to a happier and healthier life!

Hi and welcome

I felt exactly like you when I gained my weight. Nothing fitted and I had to buy bigger sizes.

Good luck with your weight loss journey

I know we can do it!

Leggings are the worst things ever invented!!! They're super comfy, so i have many pairs and so I started to wear jeans less and less. They're horrible cause they give.. extra room for weight gain. I REFUSE to buy new jeans, I want to fit into the jeans I once fit into a few months ago=)

Good luck to you as well!
