Hello all, I have always known, atleast for the last 10years that I have been over weight. I have 3 kids and with each pregnancy I gained 50+ lbs, losing only 1/2 the weight with each child. I have been going to the gym off and on for the last 2 months. Today was the first time Ive been on a scale in months (i actually had to go out and buy a new one.) I couldnt believe it I weighed in at 199!... I am still amazed. I have completely let my self go. I know I have very poor eating habbits, but I am always active. I feared 180s, but Im just a breath away from 200. SO I really have my work cut out for me.
Im a nurse, I KNOW how to lose weight, but to actually put the plan into action is another story.
Ive restocked the fridge and shelfs with healthy choices, Im all set to calorie count and Im already planning the week ahead, for meals and workouts.
