So I've been on Atkins for a week now, and I can't help but notice how good I feel mentally. I mean, I feel almost euphoric at times. I'm pretty sure I'm one of the carb-sensitive people, so maybe all the carbohydrates I was stuffing into me were really doing a number on my hormones and making me depressed. I've told others that I feel I can stay on this plan if nothing else for the way I feel.
Anyone else getting a "happy boost"?



I wonder if the times that are best is when the carbs are really low. I am just starting to taper off my antianxiety a bit as I don't feel so anxious and dr Atkins states in his book it slows weight loss (and I'm already a slow loser) and I was on the max dose ...
