CONGRATS!!! I, for one, KNOWWWW how annoying it is to get stuck in a set of numbers. I keep track at home as well as online and as of most recently I spent a total of 7 weeks in the 160's!!! When I looked back at my weekly weigh-in calendar (at home), I see that I've spent the longest time in the 180's and 160's.
It's crazy how the body like's to try to hold certain numbers more than others...lol! AGAIN...
Next Stop...the 160's..WOOT!
