Default Buying new workout vids!

I have decided to buy a few new workout dvds since I do all my working out from home and am getting a little bored of the ones I have. I've heard alot about the 30 day shred so that will most likely be first on my list.

Anyways, I'd like to know what has worked the best for you.

I think I'm going to get a few more hand weights too. My mom had some 2lb weights so that's all I've had around to use. I'd like to get a set of 5s and 8s for now.

I like the 30 Day Shred and No More Trouble Zones, both by Jillian Michaels. You could get the 30 Day Shred to see if you like her style and invest in more if you do. I like No More Trouble Zones because it's an all-over weights workout that is very challenging. I do the 30 Day Shred if I only have time for a quick workout.

I like the Firm videos too. So, far I just have the Total Body Toner. Anyone have any favorites?

Without a doubt Personal Training With Jackie: Power Circuit Training is my favorite for strength training. As for more cardioish exercise Leslie Sansone: Walk Weightloss Bootcamp is my favorite although I will warn you it's pretty intense so if you aren't in the best shape you may want to start off with her 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk. Sansone is great because she explains things very well and keeps it simple/fun but intense and Jackie Warner is just amazing in general.

I like Ana Caban for pilates. Calm yet challenging.

I'm going to keep these all in mind as I add to my collection. Today I purchased Jillian Michael's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and Leslie Sansone's 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk. I also purchased two 5lb hand weights. The 8s will have to come later...$10 each.

I looked at the 30 Day Shred and the No More Trouble Zones, but decided to start with the Metabolism video as far as Jillian's videos. I have to say I really like Leslie Sansone. She laughs a little too much but she's really motivating.

niafabo: I've heard about the Personal Training with Jackie. I'll have to look for that next time. I've been using the Firm video as part of my strength training.

lucyford: I tried pilates for the first time last night!

Never tried the firm videos but I'll definitely check 'em out. Glad I'm not the only one who thinks Sansone laughs too much. She is cheesy but she always makes me smile and keeps me moving even if she is just a video recording. lol.
