I think it somewhat goes away, I posted about this recently too. I also get more hungry when working out, which I seem to have fixed by eating lots of beans (Thanks for the tip ladies!!!). Make sure you are really hydrated before, during, and after working out, and all the time in general too, and I think your body will eventually even out.
Im not an expert by any means though, I could be way off base! But I did an intense workout yesterday, am very sore, and lost weight, so who knows.
