The Lurpak Walk
Hello everyone
Hope all is well, exercising is going well, ran/walked Wednesday and last night, this evening my running buddy had gone out on a works do, I'm not great getting out myself so I said to my husband last night would be come for a run or walk with me he said yes, spoke to him this afternoon and I said are we still walking this evening, he says I suppose so. Got in this evening no sign of him (he had gone to see his mother who lives round the corner) when he got back I said so are we going walking we said he was too tired, I was a bit pissed off with him. Later I said to him fancy a walk to Tesco Lurpak is buy one get one free (he is such a Lurpak king and can't bear it if we don't have any) he said oooh yes. Tesco is about an hour's walk so I was delighted to get this bit of exercise in. He will do anything for a tub of Lurpak!!!
My friend and I are going out walking/jogging tomorrow evening, Sunday I am painting my eldest fella's bedroom with my young fella so won't go out, but will be back to it Monday and will weigh myself next Thursday.
