Hey! My name is Nikki and I'm a snackaholic.
But seriously, I can't wait to get to know everyone on here and make some friends as I learn to eat healthier and lose a bit of weight. I'm fighting Graves Disease and about to have my thyroid killed, so my metabolism is definitely unstable right now, to say the least. It's going to be a couple of interesting months on the weight loss journey, thats for sure.
I'm taking my family to Disney World this November, and I want to be down 30 pounds by then. From 185 to 155. I'm a very muscular girl, so 155 looks pretty darn fabulous on me.
I already know my portions are atrocious and I have a sweet tooth, especially under stress. I'm a constant snacker.... stress and boredom eater. This is what I'm working with. But I'm motivated and ready to get this done!
