I've been around for a while, but I've been the silent type. Just looking for information. But I am starting to get serious, and I thought I'd just let everyone know I am here!
I've tried everything.... but I am ditching a lot of diets and trying to eat healthy and in moderation. I have a problem binge eating, and with cravings so I do occasionally take a supplement to help me with that part of my diet. I normally eat healthy, just too much of it!
