Don't try to rush. Just be determined. Somewhere on this site was posted "This time next year, you'll be glad you started today"

yeah i definately wont rush it, i have done so many quick fix diets in the past and although i have lost weight doing it, it has never stayed off for long. im fed up of it. looking through my wardrobe i have clothes ranging from uk size 12 to uk size 22 and its ridiculous. i just want to get to a healthy weight and stay there.

Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.
