It is said all you need to lose weight is diet and exercise. I haven't lost a pound in 2 yrs, and now I am getting married. I've decided to kick it in gear. I go to Curves but lately I'm only finding the time to make it there 1-3 times per week. On the days I don't hit the gym I'm walking 3 miles, and I have a pedometer to keep track of my steps. One of the trainers at the gym said you should do 10,000 steps per day, so I've made that my minimum goal. Hopefully with my new workout plan, and going back on Curve's diet plan (this time I am making a food diary) I will finally start losing again. I'll keep you all posted, if it works for me, it might help all the other ladies who have plateaued like I have.
