Default Hi!!!

Hello, my name is Jessica. My fiance and I are both trying to lose weight before our wedding in late June. I already have my dress, which is a size 8, and I am currently in a size 14-16 depending on the dress. I am not sure how much I will have to lose to fit into it, I know it depends on other factors besides just weight, such as hip width. Before I had my last child I was 120lbs, and I thought that looked decent on me, so that is my goal. I never had a problem with weight before my last baby, she was child number 3, but I was put on bed rest for most of the pregnancy and gained a lot of weight that I haven't lost since, she is now almost 7. I have wanted to, but honestly never really followed through. Now that I have a specific goal, and time line, hopefully I will learn a newer, better lifestyle. Any help will be greatly appreciated, as there is always room to learn in any challange!!

P.S. Can anyone tell me how to get those tracker thingys, for full weight loss and mini goals?

Welcome Jessica! The weight loss trackers are part of people's signatures, which is an option that isn't available until you've been here 20 days and made at least 20 posts. I'm new too, and I can't wait to get mine

Welcome and good luck ! Losing 3-4 dress sizes by June....I don't know I usually drop a size after a 15 pound loss. Depends on the dress , though.
