Hello....I am new here. I am 36 years old, married with 3 kids, ages 15, 13, 2. (messed up my username---it should be my3kids...not sure how I did that). Anyways, I have been battling my weight for years now. I lost it all about 6 years ago using the Atkins diet but as soon as I stopped it, the weight returned. I am currently on a 1500 calorie diet and going to the gym 5-6 days a week working out (started the gym 2 weeks ago). I have around 50 pounds to lose. I am excited to be a part of this board and reading everyone's success stories. Helps my motivation!
Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, such as the 30-Something chat, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.
