I recently joined a gym, and I am having trouble figuring out the treadmill. I have done a fair bit of running outside, but these machines are getting the best of me!
How do I set up intervals? I have tried using the programs on the machine (lifefitness brand), but I always stop cause the warm up seems super slow! Is there a way to tell it what I want to do, or do I have to manually change the speed all the time?

There never EXACTLY what I need....solution - adjust MANUALLY!
