Started walking 1 km per day in December. On January 1st, I was up to 3 km per day, and today, I'm excited to say, most days are 5 km or more !!!
I feel so good!!! And, some of you told me, that one day I would be up to 5 km, and I have to admit, I was having a hard time beleiving this would happen, BUT IT DID!!!! I want to thank you all for your encouraging words!

I want to get addicted to walking too but I really have an ADD personality and get bored on walks. Did you keep a fast pace or listen to music or what?
