Unhappy Loseing the night time no eat battle..help!!

Hello,

I'll take any suggestion that I can get to help with night time grazing. Stopping it that is.

a little background might help, so here goes. I'm PCOS & type II diabetic. I also am care taker for both my parents so my days are usually busy. I am able to stick to my eating program during the day quite well, I'm even getting used to reading all the packages for the ingredients before I buy and eat, but come late evening and mom's tucked away I sack out in my chair to relax and I get the hungry munchies.

I do have an evening snack planned in but sometimes those munchie cravings are bad.

Any thought to how I may battle those nasty cravings.

My suggestion to you would be to have some protein....like a peanut butter sandwich or 1/2 of a peanut butter sandwich. If you save a protein, a fat and a starch for the end of the day, this will stay with you a lot longer than anything else.

All the best to you,
