Default Valentines Day plans?

Does anyone have any interesting or romantic plans for valentines day? I need cheap ideas!

Some ideas I just thought up now...

-Cook a healthy meal together, then for dessert take a joy ride to a scenic spot and make out in the back seat like teenagers
-Make a photo album or scrapbook of your favorite memories and inside jokes and give it to him
-If you sing or play an instrument, learn his favorite song and play it for him
-Write him a poem or short story, make a really detailed card chock full of memories/inside jokes/feelings
-(Not diet friendly) Order in and just veg at home, you can do a lot of fun things at home that don't require spending money
-(Also not diet friendly) Go to the most expensive restaurant in town - for dessert only

As for my own plans, I'm not sure. The weekend before Valentine's Day I'm going to Korea with my friends so I won't see my bf. In Japan, for V-day girls give chocolate and presents to their boyfriends/husbands/male coworkers, and one month later (called "White Day") the men reciprocate. I like this system so we have been celebrating Japanese-style for the past 3 years while living here. We're both dieting so making a pan of brownies and eating until we're sick like years before is a bad idea.

I'm going to be in Disneyland, which is neither cheap nor on plan.

In years past, I've always cooked dinner for my partner and I. We watch cheesy movies and ummm...go to bed early. I'm not a huge V-day fan

I don't know if you're implying what I think you're implying, but what *I* want to be doing on Valentine's day is going to bed really early.

Not cheap or on plan....but hubby and I are celebrating V-Day this weekend. We are having dinner at The Melting Pot and then going to see The Lion King (the play, not the movie) I'm so excited! Pics will be posted as I get to wear my new Forever 21 dress! YAY!

To do nothing! even when I had a boyfriend in past we did nothing on V-day they did nothing special for me any other day so why would they bother on that one day. This year I have no man so it's still going to be the same old nothing.

My hubby and I don't celebrate the fact that it's Valentine's Day... But we do make the effort to spend the time with eachother and change it up somehow from the normal weeknight routine.

Probably will involve a nice bottle of wine, a bit of hot tub time, and whatever we feel like doing after that.

My plans are the same as they always are...my wife is a floral designer. So I'll be cooking food to fuel her and her coworkers through the rush, usually working late the night before to help them organize/expedite deliveries, and then rubbing DW's feet when she gets home after 14-16 hours of rushing around.

We normally reschedule our celebration to the weekend before or after. She's just too tired to do anything more than fall asleep on the actual day (one time, I cooked her dinner, she ate it, and she literally fell asleep with a forkful of dinner halfway to her mouth).

I'm going to the cinema with a gay friend to see a comedy.
