I am seriously in love with the cereal fruit loops. I used to sit and eat an entire bag without milk as if they were potato chips. However, last night I was having a craving from just starting my period and well... I only had two SERVINGS of cereal instead of two bowls of cereal poured to the very top! I didn't even add extra milk to the second bowl. hehe Mind you I bought this cereal at the beginning of January and just had my first two bowls last night. I'm pretty proud of myself. ^_^ Oh and I also haven't had junk food or binged at all since the beginning of the month as well.
