YAY! Those are two awesome things to get you re motivated! I am in the same boat! Just starting back up. Haven't gained or lost but i consider maintaining a win at this point! Just practice for the future. I just got busy with all of life's things and traveling back and forth to the boyfriends. (2 states away) but I am back and I will hit my goal this year! And on an additional positive note... I have inspired my boyfriend to start eatting healthier and exercising, which I see as great for him but also for me cause we'll both be on the same page!
