Hi, my name is Sara and I am married, a mom to two little boys and a full-time college student.
I turn 30 this September and my goal is to be under 200 pounds by my birthday. I currently weight about 260. Ideally, I would like to weigh around 150 but I realize that will take awhile.
I have always been overweight but as the last decade has gone by my weight has steadily increased.
My husband and I have recently turned our lifestyle upside down. We have joined our local YMCA and started counting calories.
I hope by joining this forum I am able to stay focused and on track. I also hope it will help occupy my mind in the evenings when my urge to eat is the strongest.
I look forward to getting to know all of you
