Smile New! Cant wait to start helping others and helping myself!!!

HI my name is Tiffany I am 19 years old I was recently married in september and had a baby july 25th she's my world =) I've always been about 135lbs until I got pregnant and then I hit 200 I've only lost 20lbs since I had her and didn't even want a wedding cause of my size it wasn't me. Finally after 5 months I decided it was time to do something about it I've began watching my calories and eating 5 small meals a day only drinking water and nothing else. I've lost 8lbs already in 2 weeks but I'm having trouble staying motivated I hate working out but I don't wanna quit with my progress I've been doing so good. Hopefully I can get some good advice and motivation here and do the same for others good luck to all!!!

Hey Tiffany and welcome I'm happy to hear that you have joined us to become a healthy person! I understand when you say you have trouble getting motivated - we all do. Just focus on eating right and find ways to be a little more active than normal. Walk. Walk. Walk. If you don't want to exercise, there are other ways to do it. Would you be able to manage a 1/2 an hour walk and maybe work up to an hour 3-4 days a week?
I purposely park as far as I can when I go to the store or the mall just so that I can get some type of exercise when carrying my daily errands. I never use to like exercising, but after some time of trying different things - it's something I enjoy doing

Good luck and I hope you enjoy it here!
