I'm happy to hear that you have joined us to become a healthy person! I understand when you say you have trouble getting motivated - we all do. Just focus on eating right and find ways to be a little more active than normal. Walk. Walk. Walk. If you don't want to exercise, there are other ways to do it. Would you be able to manage a 1/2 an hour walk and maybe work up to an hour 3-4 days a week?
I purposely park as far as I can when I go to the store or the mall just so that I can get some type of exercise when carrying my daily errands. I never use to like exercising, but after some time of trying different things - it's something I enjoy doing
