Hello to All!!
Hello, I am new to this web site. I am super excited about my weight loss goals and I think that this web site will help motivate me. Here is my story:
I recently lost 110 lbs. It took me about a year and 1/2 to do it. First, I started on WW, then I hit a plateau and decided to switch it up a little bit by counting calories, fat, and Protein. I also went to the gym 3 times a week. The weight came off and of course I vowed to never be fat again. Well, like many others, the weight is coming back! I started RN school in August and that is when the weight started to show its ugly face agin. Slowly, but surely I am gaining back the pounds and I am determined to not gain it all back!!! I never actually met my "big" goal, but this time around I am going to get there. As of this morning, I weighed 226.9Lbs. My goal is 170 (I am 5ft 11inches and anything under that would look bad). My first "mini" goal will be to lose 15 lbs by March 15th. So let the weight loss journey begin!!!
