Well im back at it again with trying to lose weight..I once did weightwatchers and lost 45lbs but gained it all back and have been a yo-yo ever since, but now i've reached my breaking point reaching highest weight ever of 225. I recently lost my father about a year ago and guess you can say im an emotional eater

Ive gotten to point where I HATE looking at myself in pictures and just want a positive change, but dont know what direction to do a friend of mine had me try Adovocare recenty but that is pricey!! Anyway going to try WW again wish me luck

And im open to all suggestions!!
