Okay, so the month IS almost over. I still think it would be in my best interest to set some goals. Right now, I'm weighing in at 186. By the end of November I want to be at 180. I'm going to go to the gym or workout at least 4 times a week. I'm goings to stay within my points for WW (except on Sunday). I'm going to drink my water everyday and I'm going to eat vegetables. I'm going to plan my day each morning so I know what to eat and when.
