Hello everyone my name is Lila and I'm somewhat new to this site. My biggest issue right now is that I feel totally stuck! I've been on this weight loss roller coaster for a while now and I'm at a point where I don't have the motivation to move forward. I lost around 70LBs and I'm in a place where I don't quite have the drive to keep going. I'm crazy busy and too stressed out to think about weight loss. I want to get fit and toned but I feel too disconnected from the process to even think about starting.
What a girl to do? What do you do to get motivated?

Don't worry about being "stuck". We've all gotten stuck before. When this happens (and is currently lol) I just switch to a maintenance mode for a little bit, then I switch things around (calories, exercise, ect) and kick start everything again. Getting stuck is part of it, as frustrating (how well I know) as it is.
